The Red Shoe Society serves as a philanthropic arm of Ronald McDonald House Charities® Wichita (RMHC Wichita). The mission of this group is to engage, empower and inspire professionals to participate in philanthropic and leadership endeavors and build awareness of RMHC Wichita.
As stewards of Ronald McDonald House Charities Wichita, The Red Shoe Society works together to raise money, donate their time, and provide needed volunteer efforts to benefit the house.

Members help provide meals for families staying at the House, host fundraising events, supply drives, volunteer in the Family Room, and host many networking socials.

Membership Requirements
• Attend at least 1 meeting/ social
• Volunteer at least 2 times annually
• Pay annual membership dues of $100
• Attend Red Shoe Society fundraising events (2 per year)
• Bring one prospective RSS member to one event annually
• Participate in planning socials with the team!
KENTUCKY DERBY
for a CAUSE
Red Shoe Society held a thrilling Kentucky Derby for a Cause event at Chicken N Pickle - Wichita on May 4, 2024! The evening was filled with excitement, style, and generosity! Everyone dressed to impress in their BEST KENTUCKY DERBY HAT and took bets on who they thought the winning horse would be!
This event raised over $4,500 to help keep families with sick or injured children close to each other and the care and resources they need.
